Assessment:
This is normally via practical worked-based assignments provided by our course facilitators. This will ensure your time away from work and that you undertake work study which will be relevant to your own organisations context. To achieve a Chartered Management Institute Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership, you need to complete units 7001, 7002, 7003, 7004, 7005 and 7006 plus any other 3 units to a total of 66 credits

Course duration:

  • The time it takes to complete the qualification is dependent on the units you choose and the delivery times; we will endeavour you to complete the qualification in a time suitable to your lifestyle demands, however as a guide the Diploma can take between 6 to 12 months

Entry requirements:

  • There are no specific entry requirements for these qualifications. However, you are likely to have several years experience at a middle to senior management level. If you are in any doubt about which is the right level qualification for you, if you are unsure we are happy to assist you
  • Other qualification options are available such as introductory awards and S/NVQs
